Schools, Parks and Sports Facilities

Provenance is planned around “park neighborhoods,” where homes, TK-8 school sites, parks, greenways, and trails are connected as everyday gathering places. Schools and neighborhood parks are intentionally located within the greenways, helping families walk or bike to school, play, sports, and community activities.

Planned park amenities may include:

  • Play areas, swings, and spray grounds
  • “Universal Play” equipment parks
  • Basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts
  • Multi-purpose fields for softball and baseball
  • Skate elements or skate parks
  • Outdoor fitness equipment and walking paths
  • Dog parks, bocce courts, game tables, and lawn games
  • Shade structures, picnic areas, barbeque areas, and restrooms
  • Special feature parks with themed spaces for gathering, play, performances, and community events

Together, these spaces create an active, family-friendly park system where learning, recreation, wellness, and neighborhood connection are part of everyday life.
