The community is planned to include:

Housing for approximately 22,000 residents

Approximately 11,100 new jobs

Mixed-use districts bringing together jobs, services, dining, entertainment, healthcare, and more.

50 miles of trails and bike lanes

Provenance is envisioned as a long-term destination where homes, open space, services, jobs, and gathering places are connected by design.
