Planning Process and Timeline

Provenance is moving through Sacramento County’s public planning process. As part of that process, project information will be made public, an environmental analysis will be prepared, and community members will have opportunities to ask questions, provide comments, and participate in public meetings.

The environmental review will assess the project’s potential effects, including traffic, air quality, biological resources, infrastructure, and other environmental impacts, and the measures needed to reduce or address them. These findings will be included in a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), which will be released for public review and comment.
